4k but it's DLP, so pixel shift instead of real 4k (if that matters to you). $700 still too steep, and that 1000-lumens can't be trusted.

I was looking at this one and other compact beamers but decided to go with an XGIMI instead, which was on sale for $250 on Amazon. Projector specs are improving so fast that I'd rather save a little and get a new one in two years.

well anything that is True Native 4k you are looking at $5000+ Like the Sony VPL-XW5000ES. Everything else below that price point is going to be pixel shift.

As far as the ANSI Lumens goes it's pretty close
