Expected this to be a staff post. Samsung has been promoting this since launch and still couldn't generate that great sales Smilie

. $300 is a joke, I never get to see it when added to cart. $50 reserve credit and $127 buds free, don't know where the remaining credit is going.

That's because Samsung's internal name is Scamsung!

- Deprecated BT functionality for the S-Pen
- Deprived the US market of 16 GB RAM
- Riding the coat tails of SD Elite chip for Battery SOT instead of giving a larger battery

While their products are good ( when they work ), their pricing ; advertising ; post sales support are akin to a mirage.

After owning pretty much every Note and Fold device, I've had it with Sammy. Their business strategy has become being an Apple bit*h and with the removal of BT functionality on the 25U and lack of other enhancements, they can get bent and give themselves a rim-job!

Another garbage deal.. I use to trade in phone every year.. But Im still holding my S22u ...So that tells you how long its been since Samsung had a dwcent phone deal.

Haha same, been stuck with the S22U... Missed out on that s23U + free tablet deal though while back...

After trying multiple times to understand what I was doing wrong. The credit is a scam. It's apparently $100, $200 and $300 credit for 256gb, 512 and 1tb respectively. And off $200 for the 512 credit, 120$ will be applied towards storage increase. So effectively it's a $80 credit for 512 gb.

No matter what I do I cannot see the $300 as an option. It says it on their website but when I go to add-ons it says I have $100 remaining. Scamsung

I went from an S22U to a OnePlus 13 16/512gb from bestbuy when they were $900 + $100 Bestbuy gc and it's really felt like a true upgrade in just about every respect. It's got an IR blaster too which I've dearly missed from the galaxy s5/s6 days, and has already come in handy a few times
