This isn't so much better than StraightTalk. Your price in the title doesn't include the plan cost. So it's 150 + 60 = 210. StraightTalk is 250 (200 + 50 plan) and doesn't require ID verification and port.

That price is out of date. Current price on the website is 200 with a gold plan (55). I think every carrier is trying to get rid of their IP13 stock. So people doing the Metro IP13 deal with the 1 year unlock are taking quite a gamble on the future value of their purchase vs the 2 months on the TW/ST deals.

Ordered. I bought the cheapest 12 last June at total, lost a phone. Gonna trade that in and keep this one. Anything w/o SIM card slot sucked. Slightly cheaper than the st during bf.
