Huge huge is an understatement. This thing doubles as a tv stand.

This is a SPANKIN' speaker and price. But it's huge huge. If you're thinking about getting it check the dimensions and measure first.

Just installed this to replace a Jamo S83 center channel. Vocals are much more audible and easier to hear under low listening levels at night.

Everyone is complaining about not being able to hear Kendrick at the superbowl but I managed just fine

Wanted to pull the trigger on this speaker, but Adorama does not cover return shipping. Really want to test it and see if the narrow horizontal dispersion is as bad as the reviews claim it to be, but don't want to be out shipping costs. If anyone has any online reviews that showcase the speaker not dead on at 0 degrees, that would be appreciated.

Why would anyone complain about that?

To be specific, the specs say it's approx. 32" wide (less than 3 ft) x 15" deep x 7" high. Are they incorrect?

Doesn't seem "huge huge" or even huge to me, but I guess size is all relative to your frame of reference Smilie
Sorry, are you coming from a larger than three foot center speaker? This thing is monstrous compared to most. I would love to know what you're comparing it to where it isn't "huge huge".

I have the SVS prime center and I love its clarity, but sort of wish it sounded "bigger". Is this a decent upgrade?

Neither use of "huge" was made with reference to center speakers in particular (or... anything). That said, it took like a second to find one nearly as wide.

And Polk was the only brand I looked at.

It's really not that big a deal. You're entitled to your assessment. We'll see what the UPS guy thinks lol.

I returned my 404c today, return label was $15 which wasn't too bad for reference.

Thanks, that sounds a lot better than the quotes I've done online. Care to explain why you returned it?

Definitely for Klipsch fans only. Way too "colored"(+3db??) from 2kHz and further.
Not at all. I own the previous RP 450C and it's not at all "colored" or bright like the old Klipsch speakers used to be.
This line of speakers are good for music but really shine for home theater/Gaming immersion IMO.

Thats cheap shipping, considering I returned a small webcam in a 2lb package and got charged $10.

If someone mentions something is huge, but doesn't specify what they are comparing it to, it does not take a large mental leap to understand they most likely are comparing it to an average sized same thing, in this case a center speaker.

But for some reason you assume that is not the case? For example, if I said your mom was huge, would you automatically assume she is not that huge because there are larger firetrucks out there?

Since this is a center speaker, we're obviously comparing it to center speakers. Not subwoofers, not bookshelves, not standing speakers. Stop being an obnoxious contrarian.

And yes, there are other "huge huge" center speakers... that doesn't make this any less huge. Shaq might be smaller than the Dutch Giant, but he's still huge. God I bet you're a farkin' blast at parties. (Not that you get invited to them.)

Has anyone noticed that it says in Warranty Information section:

"This product has a limited warranty of 0 months."

Does it mean no warranty at all? Is it a grey market product.

Update: Just checked Adorama web page for a regularly priced Klipsch RP-504C II for $699, the same warranty information: "This product has a limited warranty of 0 months", so I assume it's a bug on Adorama web site?!
