I wonder if this can be combined with their new 3 course for $15?

Is the chili considered a side item?

I'm not sure.

The last time I use to get these for free, I would just get the soup of the day to go with it.

Added a $30 steak and the coupon still didn't work.

Edit: It appears that not all entrées work with the promo code. If i added a burger it would work but not some steaks.

Double Edit: Ended up getting their soup and salad for $10 and the onion.

FYI: Over 1,900 calories in that. That's about the total calories most people should consume in a whole day, in just that "appetizer".

I've noticed the daily maximum amount of salt in a single serving of a lot of entrees from different restaurants. Panera had the daily maximum dose of caffeine in their spiked lemonade, but it came with free refills. They cut back on the dosage when someone died.

My friends and I go to outback at least once a month. Within the last few months, the amount of sodium on their deep fried stuff is beyond too much; and I put salt on everything. Maybe its just the place we go... Ymmv.

I had friends that came from Australia that went to an Outback here in the states... first thing out of their mouth was "What the HELL was that fried onion thing mate!" LOL... they said that's an outrage that someone would call that place anything related to Australian cuisine. To be honest, Outback is just a tad better than Applebee's but much more expensive.

Unrelatedly, does anyone know of a discount for an angioplasty or heart bypass surgery?

Noticed this, too. Everything is drowning in salt lately. Even packaged foods like the chicken chips at Costco.
