Good deal until you realize that this is yet another source of micro-plastics that ends up everywhere including our organs.

Thanks for that info! I wish I could get that, it's cheaper. But these are pods and my area is very small and tight, the liquid has no place to sit, and it spills all over. If that doesn't happen the kids knock it over. Have to stay with the pods for now :

your kids knock over laundry detergent? um ok.
I have a small laundry room but most people have at least a cabinet to store this kind of stuff.
Sounds like you are living in a pod yourself

Just a heads-up: this Persil detergent isn't hypoallergenic. It actually contains fragrances, which are a common trigger for allergies and skin sensitivities. If you have sensitive skin, you might want to look for a fragrance-free or specifically hypoallergenic option instead.

Ha, ha, yep I probably am! But as for the kids, I have 2 specialized children I care for. And my 96 year old Mom I took care of jammed all the cabinets with... well we are not sure yet! LOL

I've been more aware of microplastics so I stopped using dishwashing soap pods and just use liquid or powder detergent now since I don't want to minimize traces of microplastics on my dishes, silverware, etc.

But for laundry, unless you're eating your cloths or eating your laundry detergent... does it matter that much? Wink

of course not.. and even if you did manage to digest some of it , your expelling it in the toilet it is not like your organs are harboring this stuff.. These folks are probably the ones that believed if they swallowed a piece of gum it would remain in your intestines for 15 years.

I assumed the the dissolvable packs were made of cellulose or gelatin. Is dissolvable plastic really a thing?
