Well, given that I bought this yesterday before it was posted here, I guess it deserves an upvote. This, I believe, is the newest version from Ryobi. It allows charging through the USB-c port on the back and generally has higher USB power than the previous versions. I wish they made this specific one with a 12v outlet as well.
18V 2ah is 36wh. Even without efficiency losses that would be over an hour to charge at 30w. Likely closer to 1.5hr after everything gets accounted for. If Gemini gave you 40min it's another strike against using Gemini.
Pretty sure the USBc port on the front is specifically for this

Just a heads up, a lot of these fail overtime, they will no longer stay on after pushing the power button. With this unit you have to hold power button for a few seconds to turn it on and off. Eventually it will get to a point where it will only work if you hold the power button down making it useless. Ryobi replaced mine and the replacement did the same thing after a few months.

I put a review on the Home Depot website about the failure. They agreed to warranty the unit and as part of replacement they made me agree to allow them to remove the 1 star review.
Did you have that problem with this exact model or was it with an older similar model?
I had the same problem as you described with this product: https://www.homedepot.com/p/RYOBI.../316452902

I found that the problem happens only in my Toyota Prius but it works fine in my other Lexus, so I am not sure if it is the car or this product.

Can it be used with 12v car battery maintainer/charger?

Car USB ports are likely under 30w (most likely 18-20w), but the cigarette lighter port is likely 120w (12V with 10A fuse) so you can easily get a 30w charger to plug into it.
My 2024 CR-V USB-C ports are supposedly 14w, so not even as powerful as you list. I keep a few 4Ah batteries charged - this sounds like a good tool to have during power outages.

Can this power a CPAP machine?
Yes, I use the older version to power mine. I do make sure my hose heater is turned off, and I have an extra battery waiting because I get about 45 mins of runtime for every Ah of battery, like the 6ah gets me about 4.5hrs of runtime. Typically I use a 6ah and have a 4ah waiting to go in when that one dies, and those two will get me through the night. Otherwise a 9ah will get me about 6hrs.

Ok, so when the hurricanes hit here in central FL, I plugged in my wireless router and power recliners into this via a power strip. Since they are super low power draw, it lasted pretty much all day long on a 9ah battery. At least a good 8hrs so I only fired up the generator for about an hour just to make sure the fridge and freezer didn't spoil. (I did try to run the fridge by itself and deep freezer by itself, but it was too much for this unit lol)

This AI math is getting bad.

I've always wondered about that button. Seems the weakest link. I'm not a heavy user of mine but now I'll be on the lookout for that!

Not slick at all - this seems to be the normal price (as far back as I can remember seeing these at HD.)
This is an excellent deal. The other Ryobi150 inverter has been $49 for a long time, not this one. This one has the solar input capability, the other one does not. They look very similar but are not the same item:

I have this.

Used it to power a 27" Monitor, roku, and some monitor speakers to watch a College football game outdoors.
Using a 6aH battery, that was full, I had about a bar left of power at the end of the game.

This exact model.

Odd, I have one of the ones you linked to and that one has always worked. Albeit the connector to a Ryobi battery is poorly designed since it doesn't clip and hold onto like it would with one the tools. Smallest bump it gets unseated but nothing a rubber band doesn't fix to hold there.

This is a really cool product for using as an emergency power source since those in the Ryobi world likely has many batteries sitting around. It's a flexible tool that you can use to charge a Ryobi battery as well, I got a 40W solar panel to charge this though I feel like the chance of me needing to ever use it is close to zero but hey, I needed an excuse to buy more gadgets.

Keep in mind the AC is not pure sine, so equipment that requires it, cannot be powered by it.

One thing I can think of is to power a 12v fridge without carrying a big portable battery station but might need the 8ah battery to make it worth while
