How come TV models are so difficult to compare?

What's the difference between this and the Costco Samsung 65" QN85D being sold for $1500.

Based on specs and the Q & A section on Best Buy... it looks like the only differences are that the QN80D has: a 2-feet stand instead of a center stand and a lesser audio system.
