While I can't speak to the value of this specific brand, they look similar to the lisle pliers that I bought and are currently $18.02 and available for delivery tomorrow for me.

Yep, I posted that one, as well (price has been jumping around on the LIsle's, but $18.02 is the lowest price). These are definitely significantly more expensive, so it's anyone's call if the Japanese made Merry's are worth the premium price. Also, the Lisle's are made in China, I believe.

These are a compact version of the Merry HS175C with added dipped coating to protect against damage to brittle connectors. The smaller size of these makes it easier to get into tighter spaces.
