There appears to be a discrepancy in the product title, picture and details.
I believe this is with i7-14700F RTX 4070 SUPER as mentioned in the first description in the link and not i7-13700F RTX 3070 as mentioned in the title.

I think the link is correct as OP said the title of product and item specs are different so it's up to you if you want to buy and gamble.

The full spec says 14700F while the desc says 13700F. Either way, this looks a good deal. The 14700F is ~10% faster.

I think there is a error in the listing. I'm pretty sure this is for the 3070 variant at this price.

UPDATE - they got back to me and it was a mistake, the product title was correct so I cancelled the order

Reached out to Acer and they did confirm that it does have the i7-13700F with a 4070 (not the super).

I reached out to them this morning and they just now confirmed it was a 13700F and a 3070. Moot point regardless since they removed the listing.
