Unfortunately it means that you have to actually HAVE another gift card, but at least this way you don't have little slacker gift cards left

Try this - add a credit card in the app and pick that as the initial payment source. Before checking out, select your gift card as the payment source. The app should then display that it its going to use up the $6 and then take the rest from your credit card. Hope this helps.
Is it possible to use subway reward dollars and a promo code in the same order in the app? I used to be able to but recently it does not allow me to do so. When there is a promo code present the redeem reward dollar box is grayed out.

Also...this thread is a disaster. What it ought to be is just a listing of states in the summary where people have confirmed this deal is or isn't happening.
PS - I just was at my Costco in the Richmond, VA area, and they only had $20 x 5 for $79.99, not $60. Boooo
