FYI, limit 2 per account. You can buy more, but the $5 off only applies twice max.

I had Wyze cams and plugs for years - since the V1. They were amazing. However, in the past 2 years, they've spread into too many products to maintain quality and security. They even had an issue where they were showing other people's cams in other peoples' apps! Total security collapse over there. The cams dropped signal all the time despite being on a 1Gbps fiber connection with wifi 6 access points all over. They'd say "it's your internet." B utter S. Their equipment were the only IoT devices constantly dropping. Kind of pointless for a security camera. I moved to TP-Link Tapo cams and couldn't be happier. Like another commenter said, I wouldn't use their junk if it was free. Why do I want a random person getting my cams available in their app???

Why not? Security problem?
I am interested in your explanation because I have been using 4 of the Wyze Cam v2 with a sd card in each of them. So far so good.

Google wyze issues , they might be talking about the security breach they had and the free features are pretty much gone still not a bad camera

Wyze is TRASH. They nickel and dime you for basic features. I 100% recommend eufy

Yeah I don't know what people expect for $15. This is a hobby style camera. If you need a more robust security camera you will pay more

It's a decent cam for the price, I have seen them 2 for $20, Thingino can get V3's and older off the wyze cloud...

I've been happy with Wyze V3 cameras. I pay for an annual subscription, $99. I was using Blink indoor cameras and they were so unreliable. These have not been. I use the indoor cameras for outside coverage mainly.
