I was not a rewards member, so I created an account prior to purchase and got the $10 bonus card immediately.
I did create an account, created password, etc while checking out with this transaction.
Were you able to see the mention of this bonus card while going thru the transaction of gift card purchase?

As others have noted, I received the $10 bonus card immediately in email, just ordered moments ago.
