The GV will initially show ok but then not go through.
People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).

Yes, it will show Verizon. You need phone number, account number, port-out PIN and ZIP. Text FOUR to 611611 and the four digits should match the last four of your phone IMEI/Account number (15-digit). The ZIP code is the one you entered when you activated the phone (for a new number, or you can check it by logging into your account on a browser). Text NTP when you're ready to buy iP13/port-out to get your 4-digit PIN.

Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can buy through Metro again? I bought a similar deal last fall (for the iPhone 12), then just didn't renew the monthly plan.

EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

U have to wait a little when you see that. Mine did the same thing and I just waited and my order went through for add a line. At first it just skipped to payment after porting my# without asking for my account # and pin.lol

Hey, can't blame you for getting a good deal. But how did you already trade in your phone to Best Buy while you are waiting for your second order to ship? I thought the first line has to be active in order to get the $35 price. Did you trade your phone in to Best Buy and leave the line active?

Not having the package is exactly what the UPS site is showing. I actually placed a second order last night and the Metro status page doesn't have shipping info yet. Maybe they're busy fulfilling orders. I also ordered before but it wasn't this slow.

How do I get a second Visible number? Does it have to be in my name/same account on Visible or can my spouse open a Visible account and use the $20 referral to get a $5 Vibile number to port out?

Hope they ship soon. And yes this is a really good deal for trade-in for a new phone with a carrier, or a gift card trade-in.

Was going to try to get a second line for $35 (+$5 for a Visible number), and I worry that if I get more than one using multiple accounts, I'll be blocked from further phones. That balances out with worrying that the phones will fully sell out.

How many (backup) phones are too many? I still have an iPhone 13 from four months ago ($99.99 plus $75 plan) that I'm just using as a wifi device. Also got three iPhone 12s (for $35 each) before being blocked from further orders within that first 30 days of the plan (was blocked from a fourth iPhone 12 order). I guess I'm 2/3 of the way to that phone unlocking so might as well keep the iPhone 13.
