The GV will initially show ok but then not go through.
People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).

Yes, it will show Verizon. You need phone number, account number, port-out PIN and ZIP. Text FOUR to 611611 and the four digits should match the last four of your phone IMEI/Account number (15-digit). The ZIP code is the one you entered when you activated the phone (for a new number, or you can check it by logging into your account on a browser). Text NTP when you're ready to buy iP13/port-out to get your 4-digit PIN.

Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can buy through Metro again? I bought a similar deal last fall (for the iPhone 12), then just didn't renew the monthly plan.

EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

No, a year from now when they unlock, the iPhone 13s will sell for at least $200. I just sold my iPhone 13 (unlocked from diff deal), for $300 last night.
Not in SoCal, you didn't.

I am unable to order the tablet without it giving me an error that I need to call customer support. Why the heck won't the tablet order go thorough?

How can you add a second line for $35? The system lets me go all the way to checkout and when I click place order it gives me error that I need to call customer support. Anyway to get around this issue? The first line is already active and phone in hand. Do I need to wait 24 hours before trying again so the number is released again or is it less than that?

Do I have to create a new visible account to get a second number, or it can be added to my current account with a referral code?

Does anyone know how does Metro determine a max number of devices per account? Is it based on email address, lines associated with that account, or shipping address? I ask because I ordered 1 phone on one email, but same shipping/billing address. I then ordered a 2nd phone using a different email, but same shipping/billing address and it worked. Now when I try to order a tablet on one of the lines/account I keep getting the error that we can't complete your order and call to customer service.
buying from metro online just like playing Russian Roulette. No one can tell you why and how. I tried to order first i13 from pc and got call customer service message. wait a day I tried on my Samsung tablet and it went through.

My 3rd iphone 13 ordered day before yesterday shipped out today. Activated using the link on tracking page, and was able to see "Add a line" again. So, got myself another visible number and successfully placed an order for 4th iphone 13.

I mean, all this to save $40 for the second line, and that would be only if I could even order a second phone with a second account.

Anyone else getting stuck at the same point as me?
This happen to some people even they just ordered one. You can try to use incognito mode, and/or modify your address with Unit A/Unit 1 to give a try. If not going through, you probably need to pay $75 for another account in stead of waiting. The phone will be gone quicker than you think. Their shitting anti-fraud system did block orders even you place orders too close to each other.

Here is the tip for new buyers:

1. Place your next order after you received that activation email, even you can activate earlier by entering the order number.
2. From your third order, try to add the unit A to your address if you are living in a house. Your CC will still go through in this case. Some CC will ask you some security questions but you should have no problem to answer.
3. When the order fails at the last step and they ask you to contact customer service to complete the order, it means you get the "port lock" on that transfer number. You need to call their porting Dept at 800-518-7519 to remove the port lock. Then you can try again in 4-24 hours. If you keep fail on this, you need to contact their Virtual Retail Dept at 833-382-8482. This is the most powerful department which can help you to place the order.
4. Currently, as I know, if you cannot order the phone online, you might need to pay $75 for another phone when you call Metro. You cannot add second line to your account for $35 even the CSR want to make it. The system just not allow the order go through. So for someone who wants to have more phones, the best way is to call the Virtual Reality Dept and order through them with multiple calls. In this way you can get all your phones in one day and no need to wait. You can use the same name/address/CC for different orders.

If no emails means your order failed. It will never come even the CS told you it will.

If I want to sell one of the phones locally should I still do the online activation as well as activate the eSIM on the phone too? Also since these phones are tied to the phone number how would it work if another Metro user buys this phone and wants to use it on their account?
