The GV will initially show ok but then not go through.

Yes, it will show Verizon. You need phone number, account number, port-out PIN and ZIP. Text FOUR to 611611 and the four digits should match the last four of your phone IMEI/Account number (15-digit). The ZIP code is the one you entered when you activated the phone (for a new number, or you can check it by logging into your account on a browser). Text NTP when you're ready to buy iP13/port-out to get your 4-digit PIN.

Do I have to wait a certain amount of time before I can buy through Metro again? I bought a similar deal last fall (for the iPhone 12), then just didn't renew the monthly plan.

EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

Did anyone have devices ship over the weekend?

I ordered on Friday night, the order was marked as shipped on Saturday night, but there's been no UPS movement beyond label created. I was hoping UPS would start moving it on Sunday night or last night, but nothing yet. Hopefully it's not lost.

I was able to order 3 iphone 13 and 1 table from the same account. I did not had to do the verification once. Its a new account with new ip. I will try to add one more iphone

Got my phone. "Activated" it via metro website.

What would happen if I never opened the box?

They don't seem to let you login to your account in this state. I'm guessing they want to see the number is live on their network. I used a Visible number.

So I'm guessing they'd just keep charging me every month on auto pay.

Ported in a visible number for the $35 add a line deal, it ported successfully, but then metro site errored out. Logging into metro account i can see the ported line in the account, but with no attached plan or phone. Calling in, the agent says "the line isn't eligible to be ported in."

Trying to Port extra line for $35 kept getting error message. Would take me back to correct errors where I put my account number and Port pin now I've got screen says we've got your number we've reached out to carrier and a reserving your number nothing needed for this page waiting for response no action is required at this time but when I click continue I get same oops error message
