People have been using $5 Visible lines ($25 - $20 referral code for first month).
EDIT: I guess Metro doesn't have much of a time limit between when letting your account expire and placing new orders because I just placed an order for this ip13 and it's only been about 3-4 months since I let my previous metro plan expire. Also, I placed the order just minutes after creating a visible account and porting that new visible number over to metro.

Do I finance this phone when I buy with metro? or Do I pay full amount when buying and then get service credits every month (which reduces the monthly bill)?

All under same account, same address, same credit card, no changes. No verification of any kind. Back to Metro after about a year. Now just trying to decide between a M3 MacBook Air or Asus Rog Zephyr with i7 and 4070. I don't game but I may start creating content videos soon.

Not able to order the A9 plus tablet either.
Anyone figure out a solution for this on how to get the order through?
Called Customer Service and they ran into the same issue when ordering the tablet.
