I received this offer from them in November and have spent untold hours trying to have Verizon honor the discount.

I called VZ and instead of lowering my bill the rep said they were increasing my bill by $15 a month claiming EVERY carrier was doing this ...as far as I can tell they are lying that EVERYONE is doing this...

Super ymmv I was tried this with call support then it's applied discount $20 monthly whole 3 lines they said it's best what they can do.

I did chat the other day when my bill went from$40 to $45. Kept saying I was in a hurry but it still took a half hour. After saying I would cancel several times, the chat agent said they don't have the authority but switched me to retention. Retention told me they lowered the autopay discount and I said I didn't care, was leaving and why don't I have the loyalty discount as I have been a long term customer. A few more minutes and they emailed me the changes with the $10 loyalty discount. I accepted. Hoping it sticks as you never know. Good luck!

I moved 5 lines in Dec and when I called to swap the port in numbers between colors that we ordered the rep said we have loyalty discount and she asked if she can apply for all the lines . I said of course please do and the 5 lines with discounts on welcome unlimited with new pro 256 gb and old 5 trade one came. To 125$ including tax

but seems like farking Verizon changed autopay discount from $10 to $5.

Yes... Reduced my auto pay and still didn't get loyalty discount! Called today and they tried to coerce me into changing my plan! Whenever I change plans, service is worse!
