Jasmine Rice, at least for me, is generally better received over other rice options for my guests, as well as myself. In for 5 boxes. 60oz, this will last me all of 2025. If any of you haven't, and might be looking to expand your culinary pallet, try jasmine rice with prawn, chicken pieces, chicken leg quarters or thighs, in Indian curries, tikka masala, korma, butter sauce. HUGE flavor. I think they are clearing this stock out as, in general, America's just eat white rice. It's not easy to find Jasmine Rice sometimes I've noticed over other options at the super market.

Minute rice is great when you're in a hurry, but it just isn't as good as the real thing.

For real you cant find jasmine rice at the store? They even have it at the 'dollar' stores around here. I see at least 2 or 3 varieties of just jasmine at every grocery store.

Personally im more of a basmati fan, but to each their own.

"Jasmine" rice is not the same as "Thai Hom Mali jasmine rice".
There is no fragrance for this stuff and it is nasty.

If you need instant rice (like I did on a trip recently) and all you had was a microwave or pot at the hotel, then fine or pick a better brand(?). Otherwise, use real uncooked rice, a rice cooker/instant pot/pot, and make it yourself.
