It has two cameras, nfc, fingerprint reader, and integrates in ubiquiti networks which in and of itself is a premium product.
If you are already into the Ubiquiti ecosystem the camera is a no-brainer.
If you aren't no point in getting one.
just FYI, just plan on buying an upgraded transformer for your doorbell. They are cheap on Amazon.

I wanted to get into the ecosystem. I have the access points and plan on getting the cameras and this doorbell. All will be POE. Any guidance on what else I would need (NVR etc)?

You need a gateway that will run the Unifi software:
You could get away with a Dream Machine SE that has a built in NVR (1 drive) and has POE ports.
The Dream Machine Pro Max has dual drive bays but doesn't have POE so you would need to add a POE switch...most likely 2, one for cameras and one for AP's
If you dont have a place to put a rack, You could go with a Cloud Gateway. It has a slot for a m.2 ssd for NVR, so if you aren't running a lot of cameras you could probably get away with adding a 2 or 4tb drive. If not, add the NVR/NVR Pro and add a POE switch or two.
Personally i run the Dream Wall since i dont have a place to put a network rack and it has a built in AP and a large POE switch. I recently added 2.5g ports using the new Flex 2.5 8 port POE switch and uplinked using a 10g DAC SFP+ cable.
I only have the ubiquiti doorbell and the included 512gb ssd is plenty, the rest of my cameras are on a Blue Iris system, not sure if/when i'll switch over to Ubiquiti cameras.
