I have this and can compare it to a Dyson v8. It picks up pet fur just fine on hard floors, no different than the Dyson. It feels more powerful than the v8 on carpet, especially the rollerbrush which does not stall out as easily like the Dyson does. It's definitely less powerful than a corded on carpet, but still sufficient for most tasks including fur on carpet.

I feel it pivots / turns smoother than the Dyson (this is subjective though), but it has a bigger footprint and does not fit as well under things than the Dyson due to the larger size.

The biggest plus to the Hart is the battery... my Dyson battery is near end of life now and super weak. Replacements are expensive from Dyson or I have to gamble on a rando named one from Amazon. As long as Walmart keeps the Hart line going, I should be good... or I can at least stock up on a few and cycle batteries to reduce the # of full drain cycles.

This SD has been posted at least three times because the price is staying at $75.
I bought one and use it regularly.
Here's my review from the first time the deal was posted.

Since this review, I did a test. I vacuumed a large short-pile carpet with the Hart, and immediately after with a corded vacuum top-rated by Consumer Reports.
The corded vacuum picked up about half what the Hart did, so the corded vacuum is about 50% more powerful.
But, it takes me about 1/3 of the time to vacuum with the Hart because I don't have to keep moving the cord around and it doesn't suck the edges of area rugs into the roller. It's much less annoying as well as faster.
So, even though the corded vacuum does a better job, I end up vacuuming far more often with the Hart and my house is much cleaner.

I bought 6 of these, for work, they work well. I bought like 80 of aftermarket filters, they are a little undersized, so in the filter area I used hot glue in a circle bead to make them fit snug. I wash them in bulk.

either way, good for my use, they last about 6months, 30 mins a night used in commercial buildings. I have been using the hoover variants before, good little vacuums.

A crappy corded vacuum will beat out a cordless vacuum without a brushless motor every time.

This one isn't brushless. It's not going to impress anyone who has an environment even remotely challenging (like pet fur). I guess it's fine if you use it daily and don't have pets. But a cheap robotic vacuum will be just as effective in that scenario.

I'm sorry but I would have to disagree with you. I don't think pet fur is remotely challenging. It's challenging enough.

Decent vacuum for the hard floors and Hart system users.

https://harttools.com/products/hi...vac-filter

$12 replacement filter, reviewer said lasts.6 months. So figure that into the operating cost.

For anyone looking for a nice bagged model to consider. Honestly, I've tried baggless and so annoying. Dirt in the air dumping, takes more time to clean out the filter and dry than it takes to vacuum the home.

Bagged Hoover? Clean dumping the bag - easy and quick.

Got one. It works well.

It's a lot closer to our corded vacuum in suction power than the stick vacuums I've tried. The only thing it bogs down on and won't clean is deep-pile carpet. We have a bath mat it won't vacuum, but everything else it cleans almost as well. You do have to slow down a little bit on carpet, compared to a corded vacuum.

If you have a big house and it's all carpet, I'd probably pass. If your house is smaller or you have a lot of area rugs over flooring, it's great. Having less power means it doesn't always suck the edge of the rug into the roller.

The stick tilts side to side as well as up and down, so it's easy to get underneath the overhanging edge of kitchen cabinets and sofas. Yet it still locks vertically when you're done. As mentioned, you can pop the roller out the side to clean hair and string out of it. On the downside, there are no attachments, so it doesn't fully substitute for a corded vacuum cleaner.

It lasts a LONG time on the included 4.0aH battery, which has a charge meter built into it so you can tell whether you need to charge it or not. Given what a charger and those bigger battery packs cost, the vacuum itself is nearly free.

Hope this helps anyone still on the fence!

Just keep in mind that a battery near end of life is going to vastly underperform a V8 running on a healthy battery

This is a repost, of a repost, of a repost, of you guessed it, a repost going back to November. Some people keep marking it as expired and it's never been expired and been in stock since November for this price. If you have any Hart 20v tools I don't need to tell you what the deal is here. You're getting a battery on sale with a free vacuum and can't go wrong.

The 4AH battery and charger are worth more than the vacuum in this deal. The vacuum is a bonus in my opinion.

We use stick vacuums in strategic places on top of having robot vacuums and a corded shark vertex.

In my opinion, stick vacuums are for touching up areas quickly, zooming across hard surfaces or dealing with a small problem you've just created. Without pulling out a big machine to do so.

If I remember the last time, this is a rebranded Hoover onepwr stick vacuum. https://a.co/d/b8OCymZ

Nice try, chief, but I had the vacuum in this thread and returned it for this one (which, admittedly, is more expensive): https://www.walmart.com/ip/HART-2...3069742381

If I couldn't afford the better one and/or had no need for a vacuum that I wanted to work well on more challenging situations (in my case, dog fur on rugs), then this is fine. My $50 Eufy 25C robovac did just as well (or just as poorly, I guess) picking up the stuff the cheap vacuum in this thread does. Great for daily maintenance, terrible for a truly good clean. One person's sub-par performance is another person's "good enough". This vacuum is "good enough" for light duty, and that may be all that a person needs. My initial point is that a similarly priced corded vac would perform better. That's kind of a "duh" observation for anyone who thinks about it for half a second, though, and perhaps that's why you were confused.

But hey, man, you do you! If you think this vacuum is the greatest thing since sliced bread, don't let facts and common sense get in your way!

Haha, eww, just imagine how much human skin and dust mite poop you still had sitting in your carpet if this sub-par vacuum pulled out 5lbs vomit

Curious if you know... Will any of the Milwaukee M18 or M12 batteries fit in the Hart tools? Or the other company in this conglomerate (maybe Bosch, I forget)

Not this vacuum but I have a Shark cordless and a Shark corded and when I used my anemometer on them I found the cordless was about half the power of the corded in regular mode and almost the same on boost mode so these types of vacuums are definitely capable of being as strong as the corded ones.
