Are these "racer" shoes actually good for running? Those white soles do not look durable.

These shoes are pretty well made for the most part. Just be aware that the heel to toe drop is pretty significant.

Not bad. I owned these in 2023 and paid $40. I have returned shoes to adidas for low quality and these were not. I can recommend these.

I got these a week ago in the Carbon black or whatever color. I felt like I got lucky even though it was my least desirable color out of all of them. In the days since, I have seen every other color become available at the same price point. I don't understand what they're doing with this inventory. Anyways, yes the heel to toe angle is significant, BUT the cushioning is so good that the pad of my foot rests perfectly and the shoe is very comfortable. The build quality is far beyond the price point and at $19 we are all winners.
