Works well but now it causes residual anxiety in between doses or after stoppage. Was using just for sleep but stopped taking it due to it causing anxiety. Interesting, when the anxiety triggers, taking this will stop the anxiety but it returns in between doses. Coming off it completely eliminated those anxious feelings that came out of nowhere.
