JLab are the best of the cheapo earbuds and often go for ten bucks at Walmart, they are actually more reliable than my Samsung buds

I have one similar to this one and it won't hold charges. It told you 100% and minutes later down to 0%.

Always buy name brand for headphones. Bought some junk aliexpress ones and i think it cause my ears to hurt even at low volumes. Likely pushing high frequencies. I suggest getting jlab or skull candy if you must go cheap,

I bought a set of the ~$4 chinesium earbuds and it was like throwing money into a fire. Seriously, don't bother.

Contrast that to a pair that turned out to be rebranded Huawei earbuds many years ago, they were great.

If you're playing the budget earbuds game, I'd recommend going for one of the name brands that gets posted here for ~$15 or the cheap Walmart brand. Personally, I had some LG earbuds and don't think I can seriously consider any other brand for my daily carry.

incidentally i bought a cheapo pair for about $17 on woot last year that did have anc, and they work..okay. so, not entirely unheard of in this range, lol but it's $16 vs. hundreds and i'm not really worried about losing them, breaking them, etc.
