Just put ur $ towards exp or at least max output. 2 8ah EXP for 140$ ymmv rn... No reason to get these

The weight would be considerably more (as is capacity) on the larger batteries. The OP's batteries are the type often included in a kit.

It's a good price and can be helpful if someone's tools aren't all stored together, but I second your suggestion for prioritizing the max output battery version when a deal comes around.

Yep, some people prioritize weight, like me. For those that are burning through charges, a larger capacity battery would help them.
