I got one on the previous fp deal, I received a mint unit all around, this is mostly people abusing the Costco return policy and returning them for no reason.

Good deal but this thing is heavy, loud, and thirsty but very versatile. So heavy it's hard for 1 person to lift, so loud you cannot sleep if you are anywhere near it, and so thirsty it's only good for a few hours but it can power your whole house. Decent gen but it's a bit overkill for what I would need it for.

This is a big YMMV, but I added this item to my Ebay watchlist shortly after this deal was posted & within about 45 min I received an offer directly from the seller to buy it for $599 instead of $699. When I went to checkout using the offer, I was still able to apply the 20% off code, so final price came out to $479.20 not inc taxes. May be worth adding it to your watchlist to see if u receive a similar offer.

I have one and every time I use it it last me at least 10 hours before refilling the tank of course using it on gas. I have never used on propane or natural gas

I bought this from Costco back in 2021 for like $600 or $700. Finally ran it about 100hrs on natural gas in the week following the hurricane this summer. Worked flawless. Only stopped it for 2 hrs per day to give it a small rest and check/add a little oil.

Yes it's loud. Yes it has dirty power.

And yes I'm super thankful for it!

I really regret missing out on all the duramax generator deals from a few years back. They used to be ~$500-600 from eBay. My BIL got one and has had solid use out of it.
