I have this ant had the previous version. I would say this one is definitely improved. But you really want the 4ah battery for it. The 2ah doesn't really last long enough, but it did fare better in the previous version. With the 4ah battery I really like this saw.

I agree. Have both versions. This latest one is great, but you need fresh 4ah batteries or it bogs down.

Got one of this couple days ago but still need a large battery to power it. Upon search I found there are generic battery that's much cheaper than the oem ones. Waiting for delivery and hope they work ok.
