The horizontal one says no belt loop, the neoprene one says uses strap that came with the camera so probably not, and the middle listing model 13053 says it comes with a strap but can't find a pic with the back side though the ones that are available kind of hints at it - and searching with the number some listings come with a 4gb SD card fwiw. Guess it could work as a phone case.

camera that fit in those cases may be worse than your cellphone.

I've bought similarly stupid cheap stuff before including from bullseye_deals which is target clearinghouse

If I had to guess, they can't toss them out for whatever reason and need them gone fast
