Looks like they only offer 90 days of support on these. The ones on ebay are sometimes 5 years, but don't appear to be on sale. Too expensive for such a bad warranty IMHO.

Doesn't say anything about the Warranty on NewEgg's site and goHardDrive's store website which states a 5 year warranty is $45 more expensive. I'd still be careful to get it in writing if you're thinking about pulling the trigger.

Agreed. The same suggestion is found on the website. So it reads to me that it shouldn't be just the 90 day return window. "Please contact the Seller directly for warranty information. Warranty information may also be found on the Manufacturer's website."
