Edit: Decided to contact Amazon and not risk it. They gave me a refund. I hate it to go to waste, but god I would feel bad risking giving these to my cats when the best buy date is usually so wide. If it was food for me, I'd honestly risk it with something somewhat shelf stable. Going to order another flavor so I hopefully don't end up with the same batch.
