I took advantage of this deal last time. After activating the phone, I transferred the eSIM to my iPhone 15. Now, 60 days later, Visible is refusing to unlock the phone, claiming that the service must stay active on the iPhone 13 for the full 60 days before unlocking. Really disappointed.

about to pull a trigger on 16E yesterday but glad I waited, day to day this 13 won't noticed any speed difference plus a year on wireless is great

Same here. Chatted with multiple reps and showed them that their unlock policy is to unlock phones 60 days after activation (nothing in the policy about the phone having to remain active on the network). They refused. I filed complaints with BBB, FCC, and my state AG. I copied and pasted their published unlocking policy, as well as the Verizon agreement with FCC regarding 60 day unlock requirement. Got an email within 2 days from their executive relations saying they were looking in to it. Phone unlocked the next day.
Had to hold their feet to the fire to get them to follow their own policy!

If you pay for cell service, the device pays for itself. This is a great deal if you're not already locked in to a mobile contract and don't have a newer iphone than the 13, or have a problem with a current one like me. Perfect time I suppose to encounter a small display issue on my 11 lol, but this will hold me over until the 17 release in the Fall, and the phone contract pays for the phone in any case.

Curious what you're thinking is on it being a better choice than the 16e - are you thinking on price only? I'm considering the 16e but noticed a lot of peeps are not happy with it. Thanks for your input! Big Grin
