I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

Can I assume there is no way for current customers to get this?

Nope. T Mobile isn't doing anything to decrease profit margins from existing customers Lol

I had T-Mobile internet for a year and thought it was fine but I switched last year in June to Xfinity now for $30 a month. All fees included and no contract and I got to say I love it!

Canceling is a real chore. You return the device to a local Tmo store, but you have to call an out of the country call center to cancel the service. I waited 15 plus minutes and then got disconnected. Had to call several times.
Thats silly, you should've used Tmobile chat. I didn't have to phone anyone to return, it was quite easy.

Can anyone who has placed the order confirm whether this is a hard pull?

Dont bother. Tmobile will not honor this. Spent a year only to get a partial credit because they gave me a "sorry for the trouble" credit during the year long process which involved sending a official letter of complaint.

Who remembers the FP deal with the Xbox X, $200 Amazon gift card and $100 Verizon card when you got Verizon 5G Home Internet..

That was so sweet I remember

for me it asked SSN and then gave this - "Looks like we'll need more information.
To continue, please call or visit a T-Mobile store and one of our team members will assist you in completing your home internet purchase."

anyone else faced this ?

Yes I have faced the same issue … if we call the support there is no proper response and asking to go the store.. But the store doesn't offer the 300$ prepaid card as they have only 100$ promotional offer for the same ..,

Try reaching out to T-Mobile care team on social media or calling the rebates department. If you were eligible but got denied, they should be able to honor it.
Is there a phone number for the rebates department?

I wish Verizon served my area, T-Mobile home internet is like using a hotspot, you have no access to the router settings
I connect this to my normal router. Now I full access to router features.

I had the $25/month deal when thy first launched and we cancelled 2 months ago. It just became too unreliable. I live in the LA suburbs. It's possible our traffic was deprioritized as we were exhausting over 40gb per month. 4 users, gaming and tv. It got to a point where my Teams meeting would buffer or drop out.

The $300 offer was good on the Rely plan on this same promotion last December. I have not seen any promos on the Rely plan since then, so I'm out for now. Currently use ATT 5G so at least I have something to compare it to.
