I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.

FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

Has anyone had luck getting the $35 Device connection charge waived? Sorry if I missed it in the other comments, search didn't bring up anything.

When you're on the mypaymentvault site post activation, there is a menu you can expand on the top-right side of the page...under Transfer-> Bank Transfer...I was expecting a few dollars in fees, but received the full $300 in 2-3 business days.

Just got my Xfinity "please come back" offer. $25 a month for two years and a free voice line for a year 🤣
Could you please advise how you got this offer? How long were you away from Xfinity?

Ordered when this was first posted. I get about 400+ Mbps down, 10-15 up. First couple weeks it was rock solid but over the last 10 days I've lost service more times than I can count. It's usually not down long but it's disruptive and annoying.

Was about to cancel my old service which is much slower but put that plan on hold for now. My signal is very good (4 bars) so I don't think that's the issue. Ordered an external antenna but not using it currently since I've yet to find a position for it where it increases the signal. May play around with it a bit more but if the sporadic service continues, I can't see keeping TMo after I get my $300.

Doesn't seem to deduct it for each month. Only at the initial payment

Thanks for sharing this. I'm getting amplified for $35 a month with this information. I'm only qualified for $100 prepaid card due to my grandfathered plan. Going to see if it works if not I'll cancel after 3 months.

Been using Tmo since late December (not 1963). Speeds same as I was getting with cable, and love the internet part of the service. But I changed my phone to Magic Jack via the Tmo 5G. On about 1/2 of my calls no one can hear me speaking, although I can hear them fine. If anyone has a solution to this problem (Tmo did not), please let me know.

Appreicate your input. would an ethernet switch work or does it have to be a second router?

everything works better on a dedicated router for me. I think router manage the flow of data better than TMI. I have over 40 devices.
