I recommend their internet service. Me and my girlfriend have it and it's not only faster than what we had from Spectrum with better reliability and surprisingly about the same latency. It's perfectly fine for gaming and we're usually streaming on multiple devices and gaming at the same time.
Terms and conditions state "Activate qualifying new Home Internet line between 11/21/24 and 1/15/25".
FWIW I submitted for the December promo and I'm still waiting. 6-8 weeks is what they say. Pretty happy with the service though, I use a Keep Connect and reset every 2 days and have had almost no issues.

The wiki wording is kinda weird. If I canceled my Tmo internet a few days ago, how long do I need to wait to redo this promo?

A week ago, they were offering the $300 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard on both the Amplified and All-in Home Internet plans. Now, I'm seeing $200 for Amplified and $300 for All-in plan. On top of that, it looks like they've raised the monthly starting rate by $5/month? Cheapest (after $15/mo voice line discount) is now $40 for Rely, $50 for Amplified, and $60 for All-In. Bummer. Unless I somehow no longer qualify for an additional $5/mo discount?

I'm trying to get Rely internet and get the Capital One $175 cash back offer. However, the purchase can't be completed as I answered some fraud prevention questions. Once I answered them, it told me to go to a store or call the TMobile customer number to complete the purchase. It also gave me 5 different numbers when I logged off/closed browsers. Also, I've been a TMobile customer for almost 15 years.

That being said, anyone have issues with Capital One cash back offer? Capital One is saying it's not their end and it's T-Mobile's issue. When I called T-Mobile, they would be able to put the transaction through but I'd lose out on the $175 cash back offer since it won't link to the offer.

If the online purchase isn't feasible, I can call T-Mobile and get the Amplified plan, downgrade to Rely after getting the $200 gift card. Would that work?

Has anybody been able to downgrade and lock in the Rely plan price?

Note this is all to say I don't even know what the service will be like in Queens, NYC as I currently have Astound (formerly RCN) 300 Mbps for $40.44/month. I still have equipment promotion for $5/month. The equipment alone will jump to $40/month in February.

To those who have filed for the $300 rebate... What date did you used for "Transaction date"?
The date you placed the order?
The date you activated service?
Something else?
Thanks!!!

My data point:
12/23 - signed up for TMO Home Internet
12/31 - received modem, activated
3/3 - received the $300, was able to direct deposit the whole amount to my bank account
Do you remember what date you used for "transaction date" when filing for the $300 rebate? Sign up date? Activation date? ?
Thank you!!!

I should hopefully be getting my $300 soon, but I used my activation date (which is the day the router was delivered).

Anyone's rebate status change? Afraid to cancel the internet prior to getting the rebate confirmed. It's been over 60 days now so the requirements have been met

UPDATE - I contacted T-Mobile via phone and they weren't able to help, but contacted T-Mobile Help via Twitter and they applied a $300 account credit in my account! I wonder if I change the HI plan to the Amplified/All-in make me qualified for the promo and actually get the gift card?

I did this promotion back in Feb 21st. The page was telling me that I was able to get the $300 gift card, even with the Rely internet. Called T-Mobile today and they said that I don't qualify for the promo.... Does anyone has screenshots for the promo? I tought I did, but the only screenshot I have is for how to redeem the $300 gift card :/

I registered for the 35-per-month plan through this link on 2.24, but now T-Mobile refuses to give me 300, saying that I need to choose the 65 or 75-per-month plan.

4/14 - Activated TM HI
4/16 - submitted $200 gc promo
5/8 - received $200 gc
5/14 - paid TM bill with $200 gc

The original plan was to downgrade to Rely after receiving 200 gc. But since I price locked it indefinitely on 4/14 at $45, the Rely price ($35) is only good for 5 years. Can't risk it going up after 5 years.

If there is a promotion with indefinite price lock with Rely plan, then I'll switch. But for now, I'll keep Amplified plan with price lock until I cancel the service.
