Too much. T Mobile raised rates after all those years advertising that they Won't raise rates. They increased arbitrary fees, such as $35 for esim activation. They even billed me $5 for a "mid cycle change" for removing a Free/inuded feature - port out protection - when I wanted to break up with them.

I was a T Mobile customer for 20+ years, and modern day T Mobile sucks - they literally suck money out of customers at every opportunity.

So I left for Visible Unlimited at 1/4 of the cost and haven't looked back.

I have always had a Tmobile ONE plan. Does anyone else on this plan feel like its time to switch to these other plans that Tmobile offers?

I'm on the One plan but will never switch since I have 10 lines and only pay $32 after kickbacks and discounts. There is no difference in the data speed between the plans. I don't mind only getting $500 off for trade-in when needing to upgrade the phone.

Can I not upgrade several phones at once on my plan or do I have to go through the process individually for each line on my plan?

Not sure. I'm headed to Sam's in about 45 minutes to upgrade 3 of my lines. I can reply back and let you know how they do it. Hopefully should end up with 3 Sam's gift cards and no activation fee's as well.

You can upgrade as many eligible lines at ones. Also the gift card of Sam's club and Costco is by line. So if you upgrade 3 lines you get 3 seperate gift cards, just that online submission of promo is for each line, phone number upgraded is required

Thanks! Can confirm the Sam's gift cards and free act fee's. Also confirmed they can do multiple lines in 1 transaction. Just did 3 lines, extremely easy. Took 15 minutes.

Would love to get this deal, but the cheapest Tmobile plan for 1 line is $65 a month more than I currently pay which means the 35ish dollars off a month for the phone just isn't worth it.
