Don't forget to check your Target circle account BONUS offers. https://www.target.com/l/target-c.../-/N-7xl7q

My account has : "Shop 4 times on qualifying purchases of $50 or more to earn $20 in Target Circle Rewards".

So I'll buy 4 $50 cards in separate transactions and earn a $20 Target credit.

except each card is going to be on sale at $45 so you'll still need to buy $5 worth of items.

I have not had to do that in my past experience. But we'll see once the deal goes live how the $5 discounts applies in Cart.

From the FAQs- A "qualifying purchase" is a purchase made after you activate the Target Circle Bonus, meets the minimum purchase threshold and excludes all items that do not earn Target Circle Rewards. The minimum purchase threshold is calculated BEFORE other discounts (other than automatically applied Target Circle Deals, which may include adjustments for promotional gift cards that are issued, and sale prices) and taxes are applied.

In the past I've bumped up the card value to unlock the bonus, but the value proposition depends on the cards available for your carrier and the Target offer requirements. It's a bit easier with B1G1 10% off.

Yup, mine had 3 purchases of $60 or more so it looks like I'll need to do 3 transactions of $100 (or 2 $50 gift cards) to get the bonus. I usually buy this much anyways so it's a free $20.

Are any of these prepaid cards that I can buy and hold for multiple years in case of an emergency, or do they all need to be used within a limited near term time period?

Can't speak to all carriers, but in my experience there's no expiry associated with the T-Mobile cards.

According to the Q&A "Card will expire after the last day of the 6th month from its issue date."

Bummer....looks like they don't carry the new Total Wireless payment cards (yet). Total is currently in the process of replacing their old cards tied to a certain service plan level with straight $ value payment cards...a welcome change in my opinion.

I never shop at Target, just for these prepaid cards. It's not $70 per item it's per transaction right? So 2 $50 gift cards in 1 transaction will qualify for the Target Circle Rewards offer.

Shop 2 times on qualifying purchases of $70 or more to earn $15 in Target Circle Rewards

Yes, but you'll (likely) only get 1 $5 discount. So you'd be paying $95 for 2 $50 cards.

I think every card gets $5 off even in same transaction. I guess we'll find out for sure tomorrow.

No only the first card in the same transaction gets $5 off. You have to make separate transactions for each $50 card in order to get $5 off.

Yeah, you are right. I'll just buy 3 $60 ones to get the $20 and the rest will be $50 ones. It would still be worth it.
