Yes I agreed but they explicitly said they won't unlock it under their new rule. They basically want more money. Which is fair. I been unlocking 10 phones a year under the old rule. But to change the rule and screw with everyone that activated phones months before new rule kick in, is pretty much scummy. They are losing money for people using service for a months and port out but that's their own fault
I may have missed it, but did you try entering your phone number on the tfwunlockpolicy website? Over the last few days a poster on Howardforums who previously was denied unlocking due to new policy, entered his phone number on the website, filed out the form, then called the unlock number again and had success getting them to unlock the phone because it now showed up as unlock eligible.

No, I never had to use the site so I don't know it. I don't visit Howard forum as much anymore. I'll give it a shot

Ok make sure you fill out the form that should up after you enter the number. I guess sometimes when you submit the form nothing appears to happen or it just goes blank, but it still is submitted. I don't currently have an eligible phone so I don't know exactly what the form looks like.

I found the site, the forum just ask for phone number and serial. Says "We apologize. Your device is not eligible for our Unlocking Program."

Unless there is another form to till out

Ok, that's too bad it says the phone is not eligible for unlock, it was worth a shot. If you are interested in the relevant howardforums discussion, it starts with the replies that were posted this past Tuesday: https://www.howardforums.com/thre...115/page-7

I'll probably go fcc route so I don't have to pay for another month
