I've had one of these carts on my wish list for many years. In for one. The wheels look like they may leave a little to be desired, but I'm sure they can be swapped out.

Pro tip is to buy a harbor freight dolly and take those wheel off, cheaper than buying individual wheels. Assuming they would fit of course

At 1st glance I thought that this was similar to my work cart and I was going to order this until I saw that it's only 25.5" wide.
That's a bit too narrow for my needs.

I have one of these I use as an under the desk PC tower shelf and have my mini server rack, hubs and modem on top. Stands up to heat dispersement very well.
