It hurts, but I think I'm going to hold out for a sale on ebony. I have a Salamander designs media console in walnut and I think the black contrast would look really cool.
Ebony never comes in deal price

If you know a way to block a certain brand alert so I don't get Klipsch notifications that be great.

ironically if you are in every Klipsch thread and recognize me then do you have too much time on your hand as well?
lol wait you are bothered by getting alerts but not bothered by going into each of those alerts and post your opinion!? 🤔
I don't think anyone buys that BS.
Next thing you'll tell us, you know how Klipsch sounds never having heard them! 🤣

Been to plenty of shootouts that had a Klipsch product as a demo!

I will always sht on Klipsch for the slimy marketing of always on sale. Just search Klipsch and you will see a never ending flow of Klipsch products "on sale".

Check out how they falsify there charts and responses. Much better companies out there that act with dignity and produce a superior product in the same price bracket.

people can spend their money as they please which is why apple is still in business too. most people see an orange woofer and foam at the mouth, or the teenager in best buy told them Klipsch is the best
SVS is amazing. My home 7.1.2 is like an IMAX. It's absolutely intense, room shattering. A lot of people are jaded because SVS rarely goes on sale. Some people can afford it, some people can't. Humans get angry when they can't afford something and try to destroy and post accordingly. Luckily, I can afford what SVS offers. Amazing.

So the alerts comment was just slimy marketing to what your real objective is!🤔

The funny irony here.
Those "plenty of shootouts" you say you went to.
They hold them because charts and responses, marketing, price doesn't determine sound preference.

BTW I'm pretty sure whatever speakers you have, there are people who would say you fell for marketing and overpaid.
There are just as superior products for less! 🤷🏻 ♂️

I got totem tribes in my main setup and that took a few months of demoing to get dow to those. if you have recommendations I may have missed I would love to order and try them out.

For my family room setup I just got some ML motion 35xtis I picked up for 400-500 a pair. It was 2 years ago.

I have alerts for floor standing speaker and bookshelf speaker setup so every time a speaker with that tag pops up I get notified. always looking for new speakers, if you can tell me how to exclude Klipsch that would be fantastic because I see the same speakers go on and off sale every other week, it's quite annoying getting bombarded with Klipsch "sales" every day

Probably a good price but what I can't figure out here is why nobody seems to be identifying the company you're buying them from. In fact I've seen deal after deal over the years from Adorama on sites like this for speakers and it's as though nobody ever brings it up. Adorama is almost criminal. In fact if you go to consumer affairs and read the reviews it's worse than almost any company you could find. There's other review sites on em as well and they're all bad. I recently found out the hard way by not reading the reviews and bought a receiver from Adorama. I ended up posting a review because my experience was borderline criminal. I had to call the fraud department at my bank to get the 730 dollar pending hold on my money off because Adorama canceled the order and stated that it would not be removed until I canceled it myself online. The order didn't exist on their website. Customer service is as inept as anything I've ever witnessed and that's if you're lucky to get ahold of someone. I found out by reading their reviews that they have multiple ways they steal people's money and by reading over 100 I could see patterns and similarities as to how they do it. Worst company I've dealt with in years.
tbh, i'm not following what happened but sounds frustrating. a month ago i ordered an AVR from them and it was delivered 3 days later. i had to order twice due to a mistake i made where my chrome browser autofilled my shipping address incorrectly and i didnt catch it before submitting the order. I chatted with their CSR online and they canceled the first order and i re-ordered. seems a lot of these cheap online retailers have high re-stocking and shipping fees if you choose to return the item.

Yikes you didn't tell us what you paid for those Tribes but you're gonna have a lot of people say you fell for marketing and way overpaid for them, I agree!

Kinda the same for those MLs, ironically those SVS speakers that you say are in the "same price bracket" as these are a perfect example!

Here is a novel suggestion, when you get those Klipsch alerts just delete/ignore them!!!
We know that won't happen!
As you just pointed out, that's just a slimy marketing statement! 😜
