I'll second this - much higher chance of not getting a bull's eye… one instance was a honeywelll fan missing parts and coming in something I would not call a box and the 2nd was purchase of a "new" tineco mop vacuum that was visibly used. Def a crap shoot where Bull's eye seems to win more often than not

Mine just arrived, brand new, never opened, everything in the box. If this was an 'open box' I sure can't tell. Ran some bluetooth audio through it and it's amazingly loud for it's size. Reminds me of the old Bose radios. Especially on bass delivery.
