Agree. Lowe's sells bosch brushless circular saw for around $100, even the Profactor version. There IS noticeable difference between bushed and brushless saws.
Can you tell me what the difference is? Does it last longer or cut smoother? Genuine question, I don't know why the pref for brushless
Because you get 30% more battery life from brushless and never have to replace brushes, never have that motor smell.
It's currently out of stock at woot but if you keep your eye out they'll pop up or do one of the hack deals.
Do people really take these things apart to replace the brushes or do they replace them?
