Also note that once you receive your replacement tv, the new tv is not covered under the remainder of the warranty. Costco actually advised that in the future I begin the warranty process with them instead of Allstate so they have all the case notes. Exceptional Costco service experience.
And on the flip side while I think viewing angles are blown out of proportion, I don't see a brightness issue with my OLED. The same windows that would blow out my old plasma's image from sunlight, does not do the same to my S90C.
You can't really go wrong with any midrange TV, buy based on price and this price is as good as it gets on a 65" Bravia 7. I'd buy it if I didn't have my TV because $1200 is as low as it's probably going to go unless you're even more of a successful vulture than me.

Once you actually OWN an OLED and bring it home, you realize all of that "no good in a bright room" is just fake news put out to sell more LED's.

So, if you would have begun your claim through Costco, after replacement, would you still get the 'remainder' of the 5 years from initial purchase?
I was also wondering about return/warranty service if one's Costco membership has expired after the initial purchase. Would that matter as far as returns/warranty service? Anyone?
I'm thinking about joining Costco for one of these TV deals, but pretty sure I won't renew membership.
Thanks.
Which QN90 do you have? They are generally solid but no DV is a bummer. The QN90D is an ADS panel and I am not sure how I feel about that but it's probably decent for non critical family room viewing.

OLED's are so good you don't have to shill for them. They have been the best for almost a decade and nothing has changed.
This is coming from a long time Sony LED buyer.

Gdog: Respectfully, think I'm with OP in the mini/QLED fan club. A S90/95D or A95L *might* have scratched my itch for bright, vivid colors but am not sacrificing Dolby Vision, preferred OS, or paying the A95L tax. Glad they make both OLED and mini QLEDs so we can all get what we want...
