interesting

first ingredient is water and then soybean/canola oil is 15% by weight

total combined is prob 40% water and junk oil

also, there is more of both soybean oil and onion than there is avocado, lol

I had the misfortune to buy this one time unaware of what it really was - it's disgusting. You can tell it's just an oil-water emulsion trying to mimic "creaminess" of guacasalsa. Actually stomach-turning. Avoid at all costs. At least "salsa" is relatively healthy, this stuff is not.

I know this is for convenience... but you can make a better guaca salsa for roughly the same price with XL avocado, 2 dry jalapeños, salt, garlic powder, salt, some water, juice from 2 keylimes. Throw all that ish in a blender and voila. And that's a simple lazy version.

This salsa in this deal is decent for adding on top of some nachos or dipping taquitos.

They should be legally required to call this guac-flavored soybean oil

Tried it once when it was on clearance at Sams Club. Ended up throwing both jars of it out. It is truly a whole other level of nastiness.

This stuff tastes gross and expired even when it's 'fresh'. That's a 20 year memory that's still fresh. Ironically.
