I've been looking for high electrolyte, low sugar options and this (body armor) is typically a good ratio.

Liquid IV has a lot more sugar and carbs, see attached picture

Other options include Fast Lyte, LMNT, and Snake juice, which are all low carb/sugar options, and are in order of least to most expensive per oz.

If you want the cheapest premix, Fast Lyte with extra table salt is what I do, I've also mixed my own electrolyte mix and decided that Fast Lyte with extra salt is my sweet spot for savings:effort.

I keep the other packets around for convenience to carry around.
