EXTREMELY YMMV- I might have gotten the last one, but keep an eye out since the recent Best Buy price drop on the 12R. I picked up a Geek Squad open box excellent condition for $279.99. Not as good as a 12r...... But i just bought a op 10 pro off amazon warehouse deals for $184.99 (acceptable cond - which can potentially be better than good cond, cause Amazon is random) . 90 day return, figured it's worth a shot

Can't speak to the 7 pro, but I have Oneplus 8 and it was simple. Plenty of youtube tutorials available.

I would avoid this phone as there is a big bug on software that makes your notifications disappear. I have one and it's driving me crazy, definitely looking to changing it soon.

Haven't seen they bug myself... There are other very annoying bugs when going to multitask the screen just shows the home screen background and have to mess around with minimize gestures to get back to normal... Not really explaining it right it's just a stupid and annoying bug they haven't fixed yet
