The $75/month for 5 lines deal worked, but enabling autopay increased the charge. Customer service couldn't fix it, so I paid manually. Missing a payment by even an hour led to deactivation, requiring hours on the phone to restore service.
After 5 months at $75, they unexpectedly raised the price to $115. Since my account showed a $0 balance after my usual payment, I didn't notice. They deactivated my lines again, and resolving it took another 8 hours.
Many users had a smooth experience, but others faced activation hurdles, billing issues, or had to escalate to the FCC. It's like flying a budget airline—sometimes hassle-free, other times a nightmare.
