You can use these to buy anything in the Microsoft store for 15% off. Word of caution, though. If your total is more than the gift cards you have, then sometimes the checkout system will charge the entire purchase to your card and not use any of the gift card balance. I've even taken a video of my gift card balance being reversed immediately after purchase. If you are going to buy something at Microsoft with these, I would recommend using the chat function and ensuring they will use the total balance of your gift cards. Otherwise, it's a huge headache to have to return the item and then buy it again through the chat (since, for some reason, after you buy something, they can't change the method used to pay)

Nice to see this deal back. FYI, this is usually short lived (usually a one day thing last year or two), so buy now if you want or need it.

How ? Can you please explain I've been looking for a series X deal to trade in my ps5. Is it the 100$ plus and additional 15% in MS store ? Where does it say that 🤔

When you go to buy something in the store it lets you choose from various payment options(credit cards you have on file typically), including your Microsoft credit balance.

This is the third time this month but the last time before that was quite a while ago. You never know when it will return. IIRC it was similar last year, a few times then ended suddenly.

If you are patient and don't need it now, you can usually get up to 20% off a few times per year.
