Robocop finally hit that sub $10 sweet spot for me to pick it up. Some really good prices on games like Red Dead 2 and Witcher 3 for those that don't have them yet

Oh that's interesting. Last I saw during holidays it was around the $20 mark. I think it went to $18 (I might be mistaken) but I hadn't seen any deals sub $10.
I guess I need to check indie gala more often

may be OOS by now but Fanatical has some close prices I tink like 8 or 9 and 10 something for regular/AME also

For real.
I play just about every new, big game that comes out each year and in 2023 I'd say that Robocop was the second best game I played all year. Resident Evil 4 Remake is the only game that I enjoyed more.

I wouldn't say that they are fooling anyone. Each person likes something different. But I do agree that Firewatch was a letdown for me as well. I liked the overall feeling of the game and I didn't mind it just being a walking simulator but I really didn't care so much about the game towards the end and the ending just fell flat for me. Like you said, it really builds up the entire time but it was all for nothing.

was about to buy robocop on xbox but its the alex murphy edition for $14. Seems like the alex murphy edition just gives you a couple guns and some digital artbook I couldnt care less about.
Anyone know if its worth the extra 5 bucks for the alex murphy edition?

I just started playing and picked it up for this price. If your a RoboCop fan than picking up this game is a no brainer. The gameplay movement is slower paced but the story seems interesting. I like some of the cop decisions you have to make. Worth it at this price point.

I truly believe digital art books are a complete rip off. You can probably find it on the internet for free somewhere. The days of paper art books are getting rare these days.

Just finished last night and I agree. It's a fairly thin game, but is fun enough due to the references and making you actually feel like Robocop. If I'd paid full price though, I'd have been pissed.
