Does this include installation? If not, how hard or how much for installation?

This guy is amazing. If one is able to work with electric/electronics then its very feasable. Otherwise an all in one solution in the mentioned price on the deal is not bad at all. Batteries can always be accumulated with very little work/knowledge.

As an F3800 owner you ain't wrong. But i like the all-in-one package. I wanted something I could take to family to use in their own power outages without a big learning curve.

There's new PnP solutions coming up.

Ecoflow definitely will need to adjust the cost of their 6kwh battery pack in 2025.

Also, Ecoworthy released 15kwh battery pack for $2200.

Complete newb here, but I'm curious if there is a higher chance of fire hazard with the cheaper batteries? If so, what factors are important to avoid risk

yeah, well the ecoflow is 6144 wh vs. your example of 5120 wh, so now you need to add 20% more to your battery cost, so you are up to ~$1000 for the same battery capacity.

your $674 (not $600) eg4 aio is only a measly 3000 watts, and the ecoflow has a 7200 watt inverter, then you have to factor in the added cost of wires, lugs, crimpers, power strip/outlets, pv disconnect switch, etc.

the $1399 eg4 6000xp is more comparable, but still 1200 watts less inverter power than the ecoflow delta pro ultra. so, now take the 6000xp $1399 and add to it 6.1 kwh of 48v battery capacity($1000) and you are up to $2400.

then there is the cost of a handtruck or cart to make that uglier than sin yellow eg4 system portable. btw, where are the usb ports and dc outputs on this eg4?

the eg4 3000ehv comes with a 3 year warranty, while the ecoflow comes with a 5 year warranty. the ecoflow is plug and play and can be set up easily by most everyone, while the eg4 is much more complex to configure.

last but NOT LEAST, the eg4 is noisier than hell, and the ecoflow is extremely quiet.

the ecoflow brand new is admittedly pricey, but you do get more than a few extra conveniences and benefits, and some style for the extra money.

ideally, you don't want to pay anywhere near full price, but hope to come across a great deal like the home depot $2799 sale (which lasted about an hour) eight months ago.

ecoflow's certified refurbished come with the same warranty as new, so picking up a delta pro ultra with two batteries (12.3 kwh) for $4799 isn't too unreasonable. not quite cheap enough for me, but might be ok for others.

the delta pro ultra with just one 6.14 kwh battery is $3399 refurb right now.

I had to login to say thanks for letting me know about this product.
I'm adding even more solar to my existing 8KW + 2 Power Wall and they wanted to charge Enphase 5KW for $5000. 15 KW for $15,000. This product after tax credit is very slick.
What inverter do you recommend with Enphase microinverter?
