Sadly that is the limitation of the panel technology as of now. There is no 13.3" 2.8K OLED Panel with more than 60 Hz refresh rate. Because of this, even the latest 13.3" workstation / Creativity Laptop Asus ProArt PX13, also comes with 60 Hz display.

In that case, still the same sentiment but looks like 14" is the minimum size to look at.

Does justify it. 14 and 14.5 has a lot of 120hz. I don't see why it's a probables for 13.3.

I got this for a family member. It's very loud under load, but the panel is gorgeous and I don't notice the refresh rate that much compared to my Asus 14.5" 2.8K OLED 120 laptop. The real downside is the battery life. Also, ran absolutely terrible until I cleared off windows.
